Privacy Policy

Status: Draft — in counsel review. A final version will be published before Kinetic Health AI opens to public traffic.

Until then, Kinetic Health AI applies commercially reasonable security practices: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, Row Level Security on the database, and audit logging on account-sensitive operations. Kinetic Health AI is not a HIPAA-covered entity and information you provide is not subject to HIPAA's legal protections.

The final Privacy Policy will be operated by Kinetic Health AI LLC, a separate legal entity distinct from Kinetic Edge Health LLC and its telehealth services. The draft is available in the project's design spec at docs/superpowers/specs/2026-05-27-tos-privacy-disclaimer-design.md.
