Terms of Service

Status: Draft — in counsel review. A final version will be published before Kinetic Health AI opens to public traffic.

Until then, use of Kinetic Health AI is limited to invited users acting in a non-clinical, educational capacity. Submission of personal health information is voluntary and bound by the on-app disclaimer language displayed throughout the Service.

The final Terms of Service will be operated by Kinetic Health AI LLC, a separate legal entity distinct from Kinetic Edge Health LLC and its telehealth services. The draft is available in the project's design spec at docs/superpowers/specs/2026-05-27-tos-privacy-disclaimer-design.md.
